Custom Skills Ecosystem Setup
After a team has accumulated multiple Skills, how to uniformly organize, manage, and distribute them is the core issue in building a "private Skill ecosystem."
Three Levels of the Ecosystem

Unified Repository Structure
It is recommended to place all team Skills in the same Git repository, using directories to isolate different Skills.

GitHub Actions Automated Packaging
Every time code is committed to the main branch, automatically package all Skills and publish them as Release attachments.
