Linux Command Reference

The Linux uux command is used to execute commands on a remote UUCP host.

uux can execute commands on a remote UUCP host or execute local commands, but it uses files from the remote computer during execution.

Syntax

uux [-bcCIjlnrvz][-a<地址>][-g<等级>][-s<文件>][-x<层级>][--help][指令]

Parameter Description：

• - or -p or --stdin Read the commands to be executed directly from the keyboard.
• -a<address> or --requestor<address> Mail address for sending status information.
• -b or --erturn-stdin Display status information on the screen.
• -c or --nocopy Do not copy files to the buffer.
• -C or --copy Copy files to the buffer.
• -g<grade> or --grade<grade> Specify the priority order of file transfer jobs.
• -I or --config file Specify the uux configuration file.
• -j or --jobid Display the job ID.
• -l or --link Connect local files to the buffer.
• -n or --notification=no Do not send email notifications to the user regardless of any status.
• -r or --nouucico Do not start the uucico service program immediately; only put the job into the queue and then execute it later.
• -s<file> or --status<file> Save the completion status to the specified file.
• -v or --version Display version information.
• -x<level> or --debug<level> Specify the debug level.
• -z or --notification=error If an error occurs, notify the user by email.
• --help Display help.
