The Linux quota command is used to display disk space usage and limits.

Executing the quota command allows you to query disk space limits and find out how much space has been used.

Syntax

quota [-quvV][用户名称...] 或 quota [-gqvV][群组名称...]

Parameter Description:

  • -g List disk space limits for groups.
  • -q Concise list, only list the parts that exceed the limit.
  • -u List disk space limits for users.
  • -v Display the space limits for the user or group on all storage devices mounted to the system.
  • -V Display version information.

Examples

# quota -guvs    <==显示目前执行者(就是 root )的 quota 值 
# quota -uvs test <==显示 test 这个使用者的 quota 值
