The Linux dnsconf command is used to set up DNS server configuration.

dnsconf is actually a symbolic link to linuxconf, providing a graphical interface for administrators to manage DNS servers.

Syntax

dnsconf [--deldomain<域>][--delsecondary<域>][--newdomain<域>][--set<主机><IP>][--setcname<CNAME><主机>][--setmx<域><主机>][--setns<域><主机>][--unset<主机>]

Parameter Description：

  • --deldomain<domain> Delete a domain.
  • --delsecondary<domain> Delete a secondary domain.
  • --newdomain<domain> Add a new domain.
  • --set<host><IP> Add a host record.
  • --setcname<CNAME><host> Set <CNAME>.
  • --setmx<domain><host> Specify the mail server for a domain.
  • --setns<domain><host> Specify the DNS server for a domain.
  • --unset<host> Delete a host record in DNS.
