Browser Support
All major browsers support the noresize attribute.
Definition and Usage
HTML5 does not support the <frame> tag.
The noresize attribute specifies that the user cannot resize the <frame> element.
By default, each <frame> in a <frameset> can be resized by dragging the borders between frames. This attribute can lock the size of the frame.
