Definition and Usage
The target attribute specifies where to open all links on the page.
This attribute can be overridden by the target attribute of a link or form.
Differences Between HTML 4.01 and HTML5
HTML5 no longer supports frames and framesets. Therefore, iframes usually use _parent, _top, andframenamevalues.
