Definition and Usage
The chown() function changes the owner of the specified file.
Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
Syntax
chown(file,owner)
| Parameters | Description |

| file | Required. Specifies the file to check. |
| owner | Required. Specifies the new owner. Can be a username or a user's ID. |
