The hreflang property sets or returns the value of the hreflang attribute in a link.
The hreflang property sets or returns the language code of the linked resource.
Syntax
Set the hreflang property:
anchorObject.hreflang="languagecode"
Return the hreflang property:
anchorObject.hreflang
