Definition and Usage
The item() method returns the node at the specified index in the NodeList.
Syntax:
document.getElementsByTagName("BUTTON")[0].attributes.item(0);
Alternative syntax:
document.getElementsByTagName("BUTTON")[0].attributes[0];
