Execute JavaScript when the form is submitted:

The onsubmit event triggers when a form is submitted.

In JavaScript, using the addEventListener() method:

object.addEventListener("submit", myScript);Try it

Note:Internet Explorer 8 and earlier IE versions do not supportaddEventListener()the method.
