Core Libraries
The Swift Core Libraries project is a collection of higher-level APIs built on top of the Swift standard library. These libraries provide functions such as localization, network primitives, unit testing, user parameters, and more. They also provide coding conventions.
The Core Libraries are based on Apple platform frameworks, named: Foundation, libdispatch, and XCTest.
