Highcharts Percentage Stacked Area Chart
The following example demonstrates a percentage stacked area chart.
We have already learned the basic configuration syntax of Highcharts in the previous chapters. Next, let's look at other configurations. Add the stacking property in plotOptions:
Configuration
plotOptions: data point options
plotOptions is used to set properties related to data points in the chart. Depending on the chart type, the property settings for plotOptions differ slightly.
Set the chart stacking option plotOptions.area.stacking to "percent". If stacking is disabled, use null.
var plotOptions = {
area: {
stacking: 'percent',
lineColor: '#666666',
lineWidth: 1,
marker: {
lineWidth: 1,
lineColor: '#666666'
}
}
};
