Tag definition and usage instructions
The border-bottom shorthand property sets all bottom border properties in one declaration.
Can be setofPropertyseparately（pressSequence）：border-bottom-width, border-bottom-style,andborder-bottom-color.
It doesn't matter if one of the above values is missing; for example, border-bottom: #FF0000; is allowed.
