C Language Examples - String Copy
Copy the string of one variable to another variable.
Example - Using strcpy()
#include <stdio.h>
#include <string.h>
int main()
{
char src[40];
char dest[100];
memset(dest, '\0', sizeof(dest));
strcpy(src, "This is example.com");
strcpy(dest, src);
printf("The final target string: %s\n", dest);
return(0);
}
Output result:
最终的目标字符串: This is example.com
Example - Without using strcpy()
#include <stdio.h>
int main()
{
char s1[100], s2[100], i;
printf("String s1:");
scanf("%s",s1);
for(i = 0; s1[i] != '\0'; ++i)
{
s2[i] = s1[i];
}
s2[i] = '\0';
printf("String s2: %s", s2);
return 0;
}
Output result:
字符串 s1: example 字符串 s2: exampleother extensions
